FAQ’s
Will I get the same program as my competitor?
Each program is customized to the needs of the client. We maintain the information that our clients share with us under the strictest standards of confidentiality.
What kind of results and outcomes can I expect to see with corporate training?
We strive to bring out the best but not everybody will learn everything. Our training will bring some positive changes to your company including better communication between staff and customers, problem solving & decision-making skills, building personal confidence for leadership roles, crucial prioritization and time management skills, teamwork strategies for peak performance, and proper work place culture practices.
How do I know that we need a leadership development training?
Our clients often request leadership development programs when they promote employees into supervisory positions, when their businesses are growing, or when they want to be even more successful at what they do. Beginning to consider investing in a leadership development program for your company is the first step. Contact us and we will work with you to see if it is the right solution for your company.
What is the process for customization?
Once we have a date set for your pre-assessment we’ll come in and interview your team, the managers, supervisors and find where the needs for your company actually are. We use written assessments, interviews and the power of observations to help discover where you need help in having the most productive team imaginable.
How many participants do our training program usually accommodate?
No group it too big or too small. We’ll train everyone together as a team or break it up into smaller batches. We offer micro-coaching formats so no one has to miss out on the valuable training your company needs.
What role does my team play in designing training programs?
Your team needs to be ready for change. Ready to gain new skills, and learn new things. But mostly it’s how big of a role do you want them to play? We customize everything, so even our pre-assessment can go as deep from each and every team member to only the surface of the key stakeholders, managers, or supervisors.
